Reservation Fee:

• At the time of booking  appointments for SERVICE, you pay a reservation fee.

• The reservation fee is $75.00 for a touch up and $150.00 for a full set time slot and is required to complete the booking of your appointment date and time. This fee will hold your reservation and be deducted from the cost of your service at the time your service is complete

Sickness or Family Emergency

If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. For your safety and that of our staff and other clients, please do not come to your appointment sick. If it is assumed you are currently sick, your appointment may be cut short or canceled and rescheduled for when you are healthy again. A one-time allowance of last minute cancellation or reschedule will be permitted for sickness or family emergency. After that, the cancellation and no show policy is in effect.

No-shows and Cancellations

No-shows and untimely cancellations leave gaps in my schedule that cannot be filled from the cancellation list, which in turn results in a loss of revenue. As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out 72 and 24 hours either by text, email or both. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment, you will forfeit your reservation fee. If you reschedule or no show your appointment within 4 hours of your scheduled appointment time you will be charged 100% of your service as a cancelation fee.  You will not be able to receive another SERVICE until you pay for what needs to be paid for; example: the scheduled SERVICE you cancelled or didn’t show up for. This is to protect your time that is set aside especially for you, as well as to protect our time which books up quickly. In turn, we promise to keep appointments on time, give you our full and undivided attention and of course, the best lash work Sparta has to offer! Time is valuable to all of us; I hope you understand the need for these policies.
